Front desk were very friendly on arrival, Room was nice with toilet separate from shower which helped with a family of 4. There was a lovely personalised message on our mirror on arrival. Pool was nice as was breakfast. Kids loved the closeness to shopping centre. Car park was tall enough for camper and secured at night.

Fantastic stopover before getting the ferry home (just an hour from Dunkirk) Four to a room was a little cosy but the pull out double sofa bed (actually two single beds) was brilliant for the children. Lovely breakfast, super clean rooms, just over the road from a huge mall where we ate dinner. Didn’t use the pool but looked inviting. Very helpful staff. Nice touches like free water refills (still and sparkling) TV that you can cast from phone (we watched a movie from our Disney plus subscription)

We selected this hotel for a one night stopover as it was very close to the motorway, had free parking and a reasonably priced breakfast. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed, decent shower and a kettle plus adequate supply of tea and coffee. Breakfast was exceptional. All high quality products. Freshly squeezed orange juice, a good selection of bread and pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, bacon, sausages, eggs, etc. The staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay there again.

Exactly what we needed for our visit to Lille. Convenient location near the road to Paris but not noisy. Outdoor pool, mini football pitch, ping pong and boules for the kids. Indoor play cupboard and mini football table. Close to a big shopping centre with a large supermarket, shops, a petrol station and restaurants. Would happily stay longer and return again!

Fantastic stop off after a 9 hour drive. Easy check in, polite , loads of secure parking, the pool offered a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind whilst my wife went to the huge shopping centre across the road.The hotel was nice and quiet even though it was a stones throw from the main road, you wouldn't know it was there. Dinner was lovely, not a huge choice, but sufficient with good size portions. The same goes for Breakfast. all you could want was there. fantastic start to the day. The room was large, bright and comfortable. All the staff were polite and happy to speak english, with a smile. I can heartily recommend this, the price point offered great value too.

Great location across from the large shopping mall. Plenty of parking with a couple of 22kW EV chargers near the entrance. Rooms are standard Novotel layout. Clean and modern. Only gripe was the bed was quite hard

Quick stopover on the way to Paris. Pros: Staff friendly. English spoken. I think we were upgraded to a courtyard view. Nice looking bar area but didn’t use it. Cons: Not a very well maintained room. Filthy grout in bathroom. Shower floor discoloured and quite grubby. Gave me the heebiejeebies and like I would feel cleaner NOT showering! Lights around the bed didn’t work. VERY soft bed. i would say, if the price was better I wouldn’t have minded but we paid 4* pricing so I just expected more.

The rooms were nice & well equipped. However they had not been thoroughly cleaned (there was an empty whisky bottle in the cupboard) & the shower was cold. We wanted to get a drink from the bar on the evening we arrived. After being ignored for 10 minutes & others being served before us we decided to go for a walk & get a drink elsewhere.

Very good access to shopping of all types in the centre across the road. Many eateries to choose from if the hotel isn't for you... we tried Beers&co and had a lovely meal. Hotel is clean and tidy with very quiet rooms. Good secure car park.

Booked a superior room. Was given a basic room to which they had added a coffee machine and bathrobes as per the superior room. The coffee machine didn't work and they Refused to accept it was a basic room. There was no rainfall shower. It was basic room decor (as per their website) and the bedding which was supposed to be luxury bedding was a hard duvet and solid foam pillows. The rudest receptionist ever. Never again!!!!!!

We stayed here for 3 days and it was truly enjoyable. The rooms are updated, with a very comfortable bed and an updated bathroom. It was super quiet. We also ate at the restaurant a few times and the food and service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would stay here again’

There was only one thing that was definitely wrong. We booked for six adults and two children on a half board basis. This was confirmed in our paperwork. The hotel insisted the two children’s food should be paid for. They were quite nasty about it which was upsetting. I did not pay for the food!!!
