    My experience of this hotel as a visitor from London UK was nothing short of a disaster. Although I requested a rm away from the lift i was positioned as far away as possible, but next to the rear lift anyways. THe reception and lift car was nice, but when you entered the room you were hit with a extremely strong smell of damp that came from all parts of the room, not just the bathroom. The air-conditioning unit was so loud and with my bed next to it you could not turn it down or off. The control were defective and in the end had to remove the plug from the wall socket. The offer of water was great, but the bottle water was stale or something wrong with it. The offer of two free beers was a lovely touch, although with two children it was not possible. There was an issue with the valet and there was no available parking to the rear of the hotel, so had to circle the hotel a few times in torrential downpours until someone moved at the front of the hotel. I revisited the rear and still no valet. The street parking is very confusing and although there is a parking app that states enforcement between 8am and 8pm there is a separate street sweeping restriction. Lets just say, not very clear to understand and therefore received a lovely souvenir in the form of a street parking citation. $50 for the privilege on top of the parking I paid for via the app. For an IHG hotel I would not recommend and would rather had stayed at the Double Tree if it was not fully booked that evening. The night reception was a lovely gentleman, but he is one person. The rooms need an overhaul and the snagging is very evident where they have just attempted to patch things up. Cheap prices but you pay for what you get.

    We had our service dog with us and they were so close to all the attractions with a park across the way for Bears needs. Breakfast was delicious and our room was perfect. Love Indigo properties

    We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend at almost $300 per night. We were given a cramped, motel-style room which was noisy (even with earplugs) and poorly maintained (bathroom door broken). On check-in, we were hit with a $48 per day valet parking fee and $25 per night “destination fee”, adding over $200 to the bill. The staff waived the destination fee and we found cheaper parking a block away for $20 per night, but they still overcharged us $100 on checkout because of poor record-keeping. The hotel lacks the charm and quirky feel of other Hotel Indigos we have stayed at (Cardiff, Baltimore). The Quality Inn across the street has similar amenities, free on-site parking and no hidden fees. We tried to cancel our booking and stay there instead, but it was prepaid through a third party so we were stuck. Don’t make the same mistake we did!
