A clean and comfortable property offering good value for money. The staff were consistently present and there was a Roam transit stop right at the front. Facilities were well maintained while location was good and practical for getting around.

RCL is a great place to stay in Banff. The rooms are modern and clean (although the rest of the facilities are very dated). The staff and friendly and helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. The hotel is also located right next to a Roam Transit bus stop. The gym / fitness center is dysfunctional so don’t have expectations of using it .

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spacious as well. Didnt try the breakfast but food in the restaurant was good. Along banff ave also and only a few meters from the bus stop.

I am not fully satisfied with the services. The cups, etc., in the rooms were never washed despite reminders. One of the housekeeping ladies was rude. I saw her arguing with another guest couple. Their gym is tiny. The jogging machine had faults. In the lounge, they served me pork. Being Muslim, I cannot eat it. They put it in the Caesar salad, and it wasn’t mentioned on the menu that it contains pork. I even told him I can’t eat chicken; if there’s any in the salad, that means I can’t eat meat. They should have told me before taking the order that it has pork. I found out when I finished the salad. High disappointing. They aren’t cooperative at all; even one minute extra at checkout will have to be paid. Would never recommend being a travel agent to anyone.
