Perfect long weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly. Food was very good for the money. Location was excellent. Clean, pristine Beach area and pool.
The only thing I would change would be to add some more outdoor lounge areas to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Not enough outdoor seating or areas to hang out more gardens, foliage, etc. would be an added bonus.
Otherwise, we’ll definitely return again

This hotel is truly a resort, as the name says. Grounds are beautiful. If you want to just relax, poolside is the place to be. Restaurants are yummy. And the staff is very helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

This was so unbelievably disappointing! We booked this for two months in advance. We booked the king executive golf front, but we were given a room on the Bayside. The staff was extremely unapologetic and dismissive of the entire situation. If we had gotten the room we would have booked and paid for everything would’ve been fine, but the view is literally everything and when we brought it to their attention, they were very rude about it and said there were no other rooms. If we booked a room with a GULF front that is what we should have received instead, we got a view of the parking lot and the bay. I UNDERSTAND MISTAKES HAPPEN, BUT TO NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND TO BE SO DISMISSIVE OF US WAS VERY RUDE AND WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
