It needs maintenance (elevators) and appearance. Time to renovate and update

I loveeee how close it is to the beach, I loveeee the pricing, I loveeee the breakfast, I loveeee the sweet lady that helps with breakfast like prepping the waffles she was amazing!! When we asked them to replace toilet paper or towels they provided these items

The elevator would not go down and would stay stuck on the floor we were on so we had to take stairs multiple times elevator also sounds and feels like it’s on its last leg, staff came to empty our room while we did not check out yet it was only 10 AM check out was at 11 we didn’t check out but came back after getting ice to get our food from the fridge and most of it was thrown away and they were cleaning our room the girl who was cleaning it was very kind about it but still frustrated as we had pizza and drinks we were saving, front desk ladies could try smiling and acting like you exist!:) , saw multiple gigantic cockroaches around the facility not in our room but in lobby and walking areas, doors would not shut all the way unless forced closed, it’s not fun getting in and out of the parking lot at all!!

This was a good place to stay on a budget. Staff, breakfast and location were excellent. The room was ok. For the price; areas of improvement were to be expected.

The bed was horrible and the refrigerator was on but not cool and was not able to be adjusted. The pool needed a through cleaning and to stay open past dusk.

The location was perfect; everything was within walking distance.

The breakfast there was completely not my style. I couldn't find anything there that I could eat. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
