    Absolutely appalling experience. I had a paid, confirmed reservation for a Mobility Accessible room to ensure proper space for my task-trained Psychiatric Service Dog. The morning manager subjected me to immediate hostility, aggressively refusing to let us check into the accessible room and demanding, "Are you in a wheelchair?" When I asserted my federal rights, his intimidation escalated. ​While I was away at critical medical appointments following a car accident, he placed unauthorized pet fees on my card. When I returned at 4:15 PM to dispute the fraudulent charges, he mocked my disability and explicitly threatened to call the police to have me trespassed if we weren't out by 5:00 PM. Forced to flee for our own safety, we were left displaced late into the night. ​To make matters worse, the property is now trying to falsely report my reservations as "No-Shows" to Agoda to withhold a refund, despite my extensive digital paper trail, audio recordings, and video walkthroughs proving our presence. Corporate escalations and a Minnesota civil rights attorney have been formally engaged. Do not stay here if you have a disability, travel with a service animal, or value basic consumer safety.

    Well maintained, very clean, new carpets, smells good (even in parking lot with the trees in bloom). Next to freeway, but good windows and don’t really notice the noise. Staff professional, reserved but friendly . Haven’t tried the breakfast yet.
