    Jose at check-in was super nice, efficient and friendly to each guest as he had a long line but worked through it like a pro and very quickly. He even helped me find the perfect room as I was moving and stopped off for just one night midway and wanted easy access to my car. He is a very caring person and enjoys his job! The property is everything you expect from retro tiki mid century modern. Loved that they kept the vibe going and it is a nice place to relax from the crazy world we find ourselves in today. I will stay here again whenever I am in Palm Springs.

    This is our go to place when we visit Palm Springs. We book well in advance so it's cheaper. We checked into our room and there was no remote for the tv, called the front desk and was brought one but he didnt know how to set it up and told us a maintenance person would be there the next day. My bf set it up so we called an told the front desk to cancel the maintenance guy. The room was a very nice temperature considering some of our friends room wasn't getting cold. The pool was nice and had enough chairs and loungers. The Reef bar....well, I noticed that 2 bartenders were working and 2 servers....but the service is still slow. Took forever to get our drinks and even our friends that have never been there before, they complained how long it was to get drinks. Thats why we just bring our own even though they say no outside beverages, but it looked like everyone had tumblers, so I know it just wasnt our group. But, overall, we still enjoy the place. Im sure it wont be the last time.

    Well kept classic Desert motel. Pool, Bar, and restaurant are all good. Rooms are clean but dated. We stay every year on our way to and from Baja.
