    I recently stayed here. The hardware of the hotel is wonderful. Very clean the beds are very plush. Balcony. I love that part. The customer service is about a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10. They provided instructions to catch the bus on the upper level due to construction. I waited there for one and a half hours only to find out that the bus actually picks people up from the lower level. The maid was very rude. I tried calling the hotel and numerous occasions,, and I could never get connected to a live person. I even tried calling from my room, and it just gave me a voicemail and no options to talk to the front desk. If you want a place with really nice hardware with horrible customer service, then stay here. If you want to be treated with a little bit of dignity and warmth, then go elsewhere.

    Airport shuttle ran 24hours and that was important because of our 11 pm arrival. Other hotels stopped at 9:30 or 10.

    affordable price near cruise port (20 minutes), and is well air-conditioned

    Rooms had a bad odor and AC unit didn’t work. Front desk person was very helpful and she went over and beyond for us. Other than that, people were not nice and didn’t understand English; supposedly.
