1) Towel cards became such a big deal, if you lose them it’s $50 fine, really…a towel costs $50?
2) they made beds every 3 days
3) weeks asked for connecting rooms and there was lots of availability but they did not give it
4) I booked partial ocean facing rooms but barely were able to see the ocean

This is a beautiful property, right on the beach. There are plenty of rooms with different views. The housekeeping staff is fantastic to say the least. The hospitality is not something that you would otherwise see anywhere else in the US; totally outstanding. The onsite restaurants have good food options. Parking is paid, but charges are nominal based on the location. The resort has various activities throughout the week (Lei making, movie night, to name a couple). The departure ceremony is very heartwarming. Overall we enjoyed our stay and might very well come again in-case we plan to visit Maui in future.
