The Staff is absolutely amazing. The Manger Steve and Hostess Meesha went above and beyond. The Best pet friendly Hotel we have ever stayed in. We showed up a little late in the evening and didn't want to leave our two fur babies in the room alone while we went down to the Restaurant. They went above and beyond to accommodate us so that we didn't have to do so. The Hotel has a Beautiful heated pool and a magnificent outdoor courtyard to relax in. The fitness room is very nice with up to date equipment. The interior of the Hotel is Very Beautiful. Really enjoyed our Huge suite, I mean seriously it had to beat least 900 sq ft. Also perfect for those that enjoy watching the planes take off. Room#670

Desk attendant friendly. Room was very clean, however hallways/common areas were not. The ice machine by our room wasn't in working order. No optional upcharged breakfast buffet; they told us we needed to order from the menu because the hotel was only at 16% occupancy. I was also told the pool was open, but discovered that it was padlocked. I had to call the front desk to get into the pool.

Beds were comfortable. Overall quiet hotel. Friendly professional staff. HOWEVER, The room was missing a microwave. And there was a cheeto laying on the floor by the the dresser and wall. Table lights by bed were way to bright.

The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were extremely nice. The adjacent restaurant attached to the building, the food was ok but the staff there was nice too. Overall everything with the Crowe Plaza, it was 100% and I will be staying there again if I’m in Louisville.

the lady that was working the front desk in the morning on December 15th was absolutely wonderful. She helped us out a lot and it meant a lot to me. the food was amazing. son loved that your pool was opening and had fun himself. overall great experience and when i come back to visit in the summer definitely staying again

Wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza in Louisville! Parking was great. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The lamp in the room was broken and needed to be replaced, not glued. I did inform the staff. I wish the restaurant was open earlier than it did. We were very hungry when we arrived and there wasn’t anything around but a McDonalds. Overall, wonderful hotel and experience. :)

Very cold outside. I pulled into the front so my wife could roll the luggage inside and then I could find a parking spot. Shuttle driver then berated me for having my car by the front door so that my wife could exit the vehicle with our suitcase, instead of assisting her. He then instructed me to backup. Such a nice welcome on a cold Saturday afternoon when there were no others cars around.
