Lighting in room is sub par. Lighting in bathroom is fine. Stayed two nights. Room was not serviced. Wi-fi was not working on the first day. Was restored by the following morning. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice and efficient. Breakfast area was very nice, well staffed and clean. Food was as expected.

No airport noise which considering it is 5 minutes to the gate by the free shuttle was amazing. We had an early flite and was but breakfast didnt start til 6 which cut us close. Shuttle from call to gate was literally 15 minutes or less. Hard to go wrong for the price!

Quick and friendly checkin; helpful restaurant recommendation list; and clean and spacious room. The only negative is that the pillows on the bed were not great and could use an upgrade - a combo of soft, medium and firm as at other hotels would be a nice feature.

This is a great Hampton from checking in - thank you desk personnel, you were wonderful. Breakfast way above others including other Hamptons. The breakfast staff were always working and helping. Food well prepared, many selections, and always refilled. Coffee same way. We have stayed here before and will again. I believe you were better this year than last.
