    It was our fist time and I will keep coming back. The decor is on par with the Disney Pixar theme. Anyone that assisted was helpful and happy to help. When it got busy there was even an attendant at the elevators to make sure it all flowed smoothly. The location is right next to downtown Disney so it still feels like you’re on the Disney campus. The view at night was perfect, you can see California adventure and it’s lights. You can also view the fireworks. There’s a button on the elevator that takes you to the viewing area to see them. All in all for the price our stay was phenomenal.

    Our first time staying here and it was quite an experience. The staff are exceptional. From curb side assistance, bell hops, front desk, elevator, and cleaning staff; everyone was helpful and positive. The elevator themselves take a little bit to get used to. They are automated so it feels like a lottery ticket get to you floor when it is busy. Be prepared to do the "Disney wait" for your elevator. The walk to downtown and the parks was very quick and safe. With your Pixar room key you can access a gate to cut through the Grand California hotel. This made park access a breeze and a welcome shortcut after a day of park hopping. Pixar hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs on this trip and will stay my preferred resort stop. Would definitely recommend.

    Holding fee $250 Parking $45 a night Walk thru downtown Disney to get to Disneyland and walk thru GrandCalifornia to get to DCA Free bell service for luggage, tips are appreciated. Bar, pool,store Really nice would love to come back during the hot weather, but pool is heated so that’s nice.
