    I love the Disneyland hotel, and I have always had an exceptional experience. However, this last time that I stayed there, I was very upset that my room was not cleaned, and when I called guest services and they sent someone to clean the room, they left their dirty gloves behind. As of today, I’ve not heard from the manager and guest services so I’m hesitant in staying there again.

    With 2 teens and a toddler the location was perfect to take a quick nap and refresh midday.

    Our room could not have been any closer to the 2 lift stairwell. The bedhead wasn't even on the other side of the room. It was centimetres from the lift. On the other side of our room was a storeroom. Why not have the storeroom next to the lift. We had 6 floors above us so the rumble of lifts was constant. No chance of a sleep in. Disney are happy to charge extra for a pool view which we had and enjoyed. But this room should come with a warning and a reduced rate. Just like a concert ticket might be listed as 'restricted' and come at a reduced rate. Very disappointed especially when all other aspects of this hotel are excellent.

    Hotel is old and rooms need to be updated. We had rust and mold in our shower. Also the room given us overlooked the roof below and for the price the view should be a lot better or the price should be a lot lower
