It’s a very cool place to stay, very regal and elegant looking with lots of interesting old museum artifacts from the hotel history really
Loved that however the staff really not customer oriented at all! Not rude but just disengaged seems to be just a job, no elegance with the staff not very friendly , one young girl behind the desk more interested in doing her make up on than anything else , food not wonderful
Either but cocktails were great!

Great hotel with a friendly helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again if I return to CDMX. Atmosphere is very charming and feels like you are transported back in time
