the review at Best Western did good, clean and personal. Clean room did good job but missed one thing was when I drop dirty towels by door. maid did not bring clean the towels after dropping them off by door. Breakfast was good but need to add some breakfast.

The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily. I believe some other hotels have also switched to non-daily room service. But it means having to ask for supplies at the front desk, trash cans overflowing (where do we throw them out?), and a generally rumpled feeling which is rather depressing. For what the room costs, it seems to me that daily housekeeping isn’t an unreasonable ask.

Comfortable room with a window that opens which I like. Beds usually a bit high but not really a problem. Had a cold so didnt use the pool /hot tub but looked clean and inviting. Love the glass dome over the rec area! Hope to take grandchildren one day!
