Very close to everything on duval street very smooth check in and communication huge shower and room we stayed in a classic king and very reasonable on the price separate area/sink for the wife to do her hair and makeup, free washer and dryer with supplies to do your laundry, lots of clean towels available, didn’t lack for anything, already booked for next year.

Check in was super easy. The pool was super fun, guest interactions were great. Bed was comfy, and clean. The property and amenities are very good. The onsite bar was closed, and the bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner but overall a great stay.

Check in was tough as one of our rooms was not as advertised and in poor condition. As we checked in after 6 o’clock, the representatives on the hotel hotline, we’re not able to help us. However, the next morning Anthony, one of the hotel, managers, made things right and we ended up having a wonderful time at the hotel with friends and family. The hotel has a great location and is steeped in history. We would stay there again.

Beds were very comfortable, location is good. They’re happened to be a wedding tonight that we stayed and the music was so loud. It was vibrating the entire building. It was terrible. No bar, restaurant. The water pressure was so bad we had to bathe at our friends house. Won’t stay here again unless there are some changes. Like I said room was cute, location great…..

If you're looking for a place just off Duval str this is an excellent location. Just yards from Duval and an easy walk to Mallory square. This hotel has little to no onsite staff, so pay attention to your email for checkin details. Never could find the coffee, not that you would want to drink it in the common areas, because there is no AC, except in the guess rooms. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

We had an amazing experience! Family of 4 with 2 pre-teens. The room was great and you really cannot beat the location! Being right off Duval you expect nightlife, but the Inn was a low key tranquil stay. Even then some folks got a little too immersed in the assume activities and started to cause minor disturbance there was security promptly involved to maintain a seamless peaceful stay for all the guests. We will definitely be back!

Booked my rooms a month ago to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday. I did plenty of research before booking these rooms through Expedia. Seeing that they have an ‘elevator’ really helped make my decision as my dad is handicapped (he has MS) making it difficult for him and his mobility. After receiving a call from a representative to confirm the bookings, we spent 30 minutes on the phone confirming that at least 1 room was located on the ‘first floor’, I explained to him my situation and he was understanding and told me yes, we have booked your room for room 115 which is on the first floor, so I was happy and said great! We arrived on Friday to find that my dad needed to climb 3 flights of stairs in order to get to his room. As well as the flight of stairs being right outside his room, making it very scary if he were to try to leave the room alone. I contacted BrightWild to discuss this matter and they told me that they could only credit me $100 for the inconvenience.. after spending $1500 on 2 rooms. Incredible! I am beyond baffled by the attitude I received from Anthony who was not empathetic whatsoever. Then he suggested my dad to stay in a unit across the street, I appreciated the suggestion but that wouldn’t work for me as I need to be near my father in case he needs me. What I will say is this B&B is NOT ADA COMPLIANT OR FRIENDLY. There is also black mold growing on the ceiling of room 206 which is horrifying.

This place is a gem. It is so nice and close to everything, yet hidden. The accommodations were so nice. We loved this place. I would highly recommend, and we will keep this place on our list for future rentals.

The location is perfect for going out, but very loud for sleeping. The room was just the necessities, but was a little run down. The blinds were broken, the bed linens were really bare and not comfortable. Besides the main house, the layout and ambiance was off. I thought I was booking one of the nicer rooms, but it seemed like the discount special.

We first ‘booked at the Mansion’ in 2023. (I had never stayed at a mansion & was really looking forward to it.) We arrived to find just a few parking spaces (maybe 8) – we lucked out & found an empty one. We followed instuctions that we were given to our room & were completely shocked, when, the inst. took us out the side door & into the back! There sits a 2 level motel type building!! I was shocked & soooo disappointed at the same time. The room was ok – but NOT in a mansion (& I had paid more than I would have elsewhere). At least, we had a parking place & free coffee & continental breakfast each morning and close to Duval St. We didn’t think we would go back. When we decided on another visit in 2025 – I had a problem finding a decent price – so, I said “well, let’s do the mansion again, AT LEAST, we’ll have a place to park, free breakfast every morning and just a ‘few’ steps away from Duval St.” Got there to find, no place to park – they had blocked off some of the parking places, to put tables & chairs out front!! Next morning, walked out to find NO coffee & NO breakfast. Walked into the mansion go get brochures & saw a menu for George's bar & spritz. Arrows inside pointed to the side porch. Walked out there to find tables & chairs (matching the ones outside) and a bar with a woman, ready to take orders! One cup of coffee, $5.00 (I don’t think so). We went elsewhere for breakfast. The next morning, I noticed a Kuerig machine, I have much to say but w

When I made the reservation I didn’t know I was not in the main mansion. I was in 307, a big corner room 👍. Shower is large but not very inviting. Pool is small but adequate. All in all, I enjoyed the property and history. Great location. I will stay there again, I visit KW twice a year.
