Lovely stay.

Great space for a group stay. Comfortable and clean. Central location Well equipped kitchen

Late check in (4pm). Early check out (10am) Music from cafe below was noticeable in the main bedroom in the morning.

It was very well stocked. Comfy beds and spacious accommodation for 6 adults. Great location.

Stairs were very steep which we weren’t made aware of. This didn’t affect us but could have done. Shame about no free parking outside property.

Maybe 1 of the large bedrooms could offer 2 twin beds instead of 1 double as an option but this is a minor quibble.

Lovely apartment - central location. Everyone friendly - could have done with less music from below.

Location, light and airy - kitchen very well equipped. Spacious and dog friendly. We liked the ensuite bathrooms and there was plenty of room for teenagers to have some space away from the adults.

The cafe owner below is really lovely but he and his team did start playing country and western music at 7.45am. Although, on the last day he did not play music until 8.30am, which was better. The apartment got very hot due to the large windows in the rear and a conservatory. It would have been beneficial to have sun shade in the conservatory to regulate overall temperature and privacy form the cafe below.

Needs Some Tender Loving Care

The home is in an excellent location. It is spacious with three bedrooms with en suites and a nice large living room/lounge. The bathroom and kitchens surfaces were clean.

The house is not being maintained it needs a good coat of paint the baseboards, some walls and windows are very dirty. There are items that have been broken that have not been fixed/replaced (lamps, shelves, shower water lever). The sofas need a good clean. The wifi is awful you cannot use the apps on the smart TV and retrieving emails, surfing is very slow. There is not a single soap/shampoo or cream in any bathroom. I went to scramble some eggs and of the three frypans, one was full of grease, one the teflon was chipped off and the pan dirty, and the last one black with no handle. The property management did send the cleaning service out to address concerns I had but nothing was done. The frypans were taken and I was given the impression they would return with a pan so I could cook breakfast but they never came back. It’s a shame as this could be a great property but they are just not maintaining it.

Overall it’s a good property.

The property is in an excellent location in the heart of town. The floor plan is good, it is spacious and there’s a bathroom for each bedroom. Bedding was of good quality.

The house needs some TLC. The general surface areas counter tops, bathrooms are clean but there was a lot of dead bugs on the floor in the conservatory and overall it just needs a deep clean to freshen it back up again. The baseboards/walls need a good paint. They also need to fix the dishwasher and the TV connection to the internet.
