The property was very clean and spacious, and its location was ideal—close to all amenities. We had a comfortable stay and would happily recommend it.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider enclosing the area at the bottom of the stairs, perhaps with a cupboard, to store cleaning products and help reduce a slight damp smell.

Loved the location & layout of the apartment
Parking The bathrooms were not cleaned to the highest standard. Limescale buildup on toilets & mold around edge of bath/shower. Towels were frayed & had a blue stain.

The property was excellent. It was extremely clean. Facilities excellent, just what we wanted and asked for at time of searching. The location was excellent. I knew this as I lived in Southwold as a little girl, and went to St Felix School. My children and grandchildren have been to Southwold for numerous holidays.
I have nothing negative to say about the property.
