Located on Southwold’s lively high street, this attractive holiday home offers convenient accommodation for those seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. With sandy beach, shops and pubs all within 150 metres, you’ll have everything you need without needing the car. Enjoy walks along the Suffolk Heritage Coast in both directions, or explore the pretty River Blyth estuary (1 mile). This beautifully presented holiday home has space for four guests over two bedrooms, so is just right for a small family unit or two couples holidaying together.


The apartment occupies the first floor of a gorgeous Edwardian terraced house right on the high street. Upon entering you’ll be greeted by a stunning open-plan living area with plenty of light streaming in the sash windows. Inviting sofas are positioned around a decorative fireplace and there’s a TV for cosy film nights after busy days out exploring. For eating, enjoy leisurely meals at the wooden dining table or perch at the breakfast bar for shorter snacks. The finishing touch of this lovely space is a south-facing balcony that extends all along the back, with a table and chairs all set up for those fresh-air coffees.


There’s an abundance of attractions in the local area, with the pier, lighthouse and beach hut-lined promenade all within 0.5 miles. Enjoy refreshing ice cream and some yummy fish and chips, or reserve a table at one of Southwold’s many eateries for a slap-up meal. Covehithe and Dunwich beaches (5 and 8 miles respectively) are both worth checking out. Why not take a family day out to Walberswick (1.5 miles) accessed via the local ferry over the River Blyth? This village is known for its pretty nature walks and rich wildlife, including deer, seabirds and seals.
