Superb

Everything was perfect, clean, smelling really nice and quite handy especially as we have arrived late at the apartment around midnight and easy to check in/collect the keys. Definitely we will book again if in the area . Just a small advice ...to leave some sugar in the apartment as we have arrived late and no time for shopping.

Superrr!

a magnificent apartment with a gorgeous view of the rising sun. I had a wonderful night on a superb mattress. The sofa was very comfy too and the little kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything I needed. The appartement was super clean and there is even a Smart TV with all the needed movie channels and more. Communication was very easy with a very friendly owner. Free parking in front of the building was a bonus. I highly recommend this appartement.

- Beautiful and clean - Parking spaces just in front of the building - You can cook, wash your clothes, etc.

- It's a second floor without elevator. Not accesible for folks with reduced movility - TV's HDMI cable didn't work Otherwise, perfect

Pour le prix c'était bien.

Plutôt bien placé, en bordure de la grande place du marché, au 2nd étage. L'appartement est joli, lumineux et bien agencé : il montre un gros effort de rénovation et de modernisation, bien qu'il s'agisse d'un immeuble très ancien. Prix très modéré.

Immeuble en carton, cloisons en papier : on entend absolument tout ce que font les voisins, on pourrait tenir une conversation à travers les murs et les planchers. Chambre microscopique (à tel point que la porte battante a été supprimée pour permettre de mettre un grand lit), porte roulante n'offrant aucune isolation ni intimité.

Le bruit et la chaleur, il y avait seulement un ventilateur pour le logement avec une température de 33degres dans le logement impossible de dormir surtout pour mes enfants

L'arrivée et le départ n'ont pas été possibles

La récupération des clés dans la boîte à clés s'est déroulée sans problème. L'appartement est situé en plein centre et à quelques pas de plusieurs restaurants.

Nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cet hébergement ! Environ 2 h 30 avant notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a envoyé un lien web avec des informations sur les fermetures de routes en ville. C'était bien sûr beaucoup trop tard pour annuler l'hébergement. En raison d'une grande course cycliste bien connue le lendemain, tout le quartier était fermé à la circulation. À 16 h, heure de l'arrivée, le grand parking en face de la maison, promis lors de la réservation, était déjà bouclé par la police, et à 18 h, les rues étaient en cours de nettoyage. Même si nous avions trouvé une place de parking dans une rue latérale, nous n'aurions pas pu partir le lendemain matin, car les fermetures de routes ont duré 24 heures. La police n’avait aucune solution pour nous. Nous avons donc malheureusement dû remettre la clé dans la boîte à clés, partir et trouver un autre hôtel. Chers hôtes, ce n'était pas acceptable, et vous comprendrez que ce soit inacceptable.

La TV, La vue sur les montagnes au-dessus des toits sur le massif du Sancy.

Des plaques de cuisson en panne, le propriétaire ayant soi-disant acheté de quoi les remplacer, mais n'ayant pas le temps où l'envie de résoudre le problème : vous vous débrouillerez pour cuisiner autrement ! Appartement bricolé, genre ça fait bien sur les photos, tant pis si c'est ni fait ni à faire : une fois que vous êtes dedans, c'est trop tard... Déco en provenance directe des grandes enseignes d'ameublement et de décoration : pour la personnalisation, vous n'avez qu'à regarder par la fenêtre 😵‍💫 Sinon, on pourrait parler de l'eau qui coule au compte goutte, du chauffe-eau qui goutte, des chaises qui font mal aux fesses, des planchers qui grincent, de la chambre minuscule, du mauvais matelas, des draps qui grattent, de l'absence de verres à vins, de presse agrumes, de la vaisselle de cuisson... Je suis forcément subjectif, mais puisque l'on insiste pour que je donne mon avis ! PS (en réponse à la réponse) : Pas besoin de RocheBobois pour personnaliser une décoration : une affiche des montagnes ou des villages auvergnats, un objet typique de la région, une fantaisie locale, aimée et appréciée par le propriétaire du lieu, suffisent à "personnaliser" un logement, à le différencier et, si possible , à le rendre accueillant. Bref, que cela ne ressemble pas à une déco de catalogue ou une chambre d'hôtel d'une chaîne bas de gamme.

We kregen de kookplaat niet werkende. Konden dus niet koken ,waar we wel op gerekend hadden. uiteindelijk de magnetron gebruikt. Ook maar 2 pannetjes aanwezig.

Ce logement est agréable, la déco est apaisante et une bonne literie. Tout est propre et le logement est bien équipé. Sans oublier les dosettes de café et de thé, c'est un bel accueil. Merci !

C'est un détail, mais le drap boulochait, j'ai une peau sensible, c'est pourquoi, je l'ai remarqué. Peut-être que ce drap est trop usager.
