Apartment Issoire
The apartment was comfortable with a really good shower and well equipped kitchen. Well located and with helpful notes about restaurants and shopping. The only problem was that there were no bath towels, just a mat and 2 hand towels. Fortunately we had travel towels with us, otherwise it would have been very annoying.

The ground floor flat is located in the centre of town so shopping is close by. The flat is spacious and well equipped.

A very French looking apartment. Situated in the heart of the town. Very comfortable. Good wi-fi.

Superb
The apartment was ideally situated for purselves as we like to be close to the town square. The apartment has barrier access and an allocated parking space. We like this apartment as it is very French in design. The louvre doors keep the rooms cool without the need for aircon. All rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is very comfy, and with the apartment being very quiet, we slept well. There is a Spar shop and bakeries very close by. The staff member Alex was very friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here.
The bathroom sink and kitchen sink plugs did not seal tight. The bathroom towels were only face towel size and a bit small after having a shower. There were no tea towels to dry the pots.

unfortunately the sheets were very scratchy and there was a plastic mattress protector that meant I woke up hot and really itchy. sounds bit princessey but normally would sleep through anything.

The cost was reasonable, but the one thing we needed most, a good night's sleep, we didn't get.
The location of the apartment was handy, in the middle of town. Access was simple through clearly labelled shutters, behind which was the lockbox. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed.
When we arrived we couldn't find the allocated parking space and therefore parked right in front of the doors to the apartment, blocking the entry to another property, which was luckily unoccupied. (Perhaps a location plan for the parking space would be useful?) On entering the main bedroom, we found the bed unmade, with pillowcases and duvet on the floor. I texted the owner who, to his credit, did reply immediately and sent someone to make the bed and replace the bed linen. He was very apologetic and we accepted that there had been a mix-up. My husband and I were in the main bedroom and our teenage daughter on the sofa bed in the living area. Our bed was soft and uncomfortable and after tossing and turning (and even trying to sleep across the bed!) we swapped beds with our daughter. This proved no better and we had a very poor night's sleep - not great as we were continuing on our long drive to Paris the following day. Also, the main water boiler is in the open plan kitchen/living area and is very noisy. The bathroom was fine, but if there were any bath towels, we didn't find them. We only found small hand towels with which to dry ourselves.
