Very well located in the middle of Moema with easy access to bars, restaurants, transportation and shopping center.
Very practical and well equiped. Nice Gym.
The only reason I haven't given the highest score for cleaness, was that one of the pans that we for used for cooking, was very dirty. Our impression is that some one stored it without washing just after having cooked. Anyways, considering the overall cleaness of the room, I consider it an isolated situation.

Room is nice and clean, with almost everything I need. Online service is very good, which solves my problems quickly.
I find blood on the sheet, and there are tiny ants, but not many.

Location, very good street and neighbourhood, safe and close to public transport.
Bed is comfortable but narrow, could be larger.

Nobody present to help with check in Only via WhatsApp! Not secure and worst consideration with the client And I’m handicap and was not allowed to wait inside the hotel Dark, raining had to stay outside for 1 hour.
No parking near by, no access to wheel chair and help with luggage
