Chú rất vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nhà vệ sinh sạch. Vị trí chỗ nghỉ rất gần chợ (600m)

The place is quite near the center
The rooms and furnitures looked not quite new. The smart TVs looks old and one did not not work. There was no hot water in 1 out of 2 stayed rooms...
I asked for receipt but the owner could not issue.

Very good service by the owner. Let me give you an example: I needed something which they didn’t have. They went out of the way to arrange for me. Really respect them for their level of service.
