Fabulous property just a couple of minutes from Theoule Sur Mer and handy for Mandelieu, Cannes, Antibes etcBreathtaking views form the main terrace and even better from the main bedroom balcony overlooking the bay of Cannes.Really well equipped kitchen with views out to sea, nice outside shower(private) with a view. Private parking. The Sun terrace is a great area to have breakfast, relax and eat and drink. Just a couple of minutes to the beach and town by car (15-20 by foot) and 15 from a large supermarket.Peggy (the host) left us with clear instructions and was very helpful. Can't wait to go again.Perfect for families especially with the pool just yards away and air conditioning. Felt very private.

Peggy is very nice and helpful and the house has all the facilities you need with an extraordinary view over Cannes and the Golfe de la Napoule. Great pool and tennis court nearby and walking distance (allthough a bit steep!) to the beach. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend some great time in Théoule sur-Mer.
