... the couch in the livingroom should be replaced... it's worn out/bad seating. The rest... was excellent!!!!

Location and spaciousness of the apartment though being on a main road, though a bit noisy in the mornings e.g. with delivery trucks etc. We were warned to expect a bit of noise from the pub across the way at night however that wasn't really an issue.
A mere suggestion, to consider providing cleaning cloths, sponges etc. for kitchen and bathroom. Mop, vacuum cleaner and broom available.
We had hired three bicycles which we had to store securely in the apartment - it was a bit narrow trying to get them up the stairway to the apartment entrance at the rear however we managed. The alleyway served as a fire escape so could not be blocked during office hours.

New appliances. Excellent location. Near many restaurants and pubs and bus line. Newer bathroom.
While surfaces were fairly clean, rugs upstairs were quite threadbare and stained. Sills, baseboards and corners were filthy. No cleaning supplies except dish soap and a vacuum and broom were provided. As we stayed 3+ weeks, I purchased these and cleaned myself. Property said self catered and we knew we would have to use coins to buy electricity, but we were not aware that sheets were not provided so also purchased these.
