To start with I would give the apartment a 10 just for the extremely nice welcoming and helpful host.
The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything you could need.
Nothing really, if I was to mention one little thing in passing it would be the position of the TV compared to the seating.

Close to the lake and to the city.
The city tax needs to be paid in forints, you shoud have it in advance.

Clean. Owner was excellent. Our bag was 5 days late and she came an signed for it when we were out. Short walk to lake, entertainment and food
