The price was great for what we needed. Being an RV, this allowed us to each have our own space, I could watch tv in my room and the other guest had the living room tv, we did not disturb each other. Location was great, we had a wedding in Dripping Springs and the drive was easy.
There wasn't really an area to sit down and put on makeup or do hair as the bathroom is small, but I brought my make up mirror and plugged it in, so it worked fine. The secondary sleep area needs a little thicker pad, but my son is 6'2 and 200+ and he said he slept good, just a little extra pad would of been nice.
