Wonderful location for walks on beach and nature viewing, saw many birds including an eagle. Also saw deer. Very quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to beaches and shops and restaurants. There is a ramp access to climb the dune and walking paths in the neighborhood. Comfortable sleeping arrangements with cosy heated floors in both bathrooms. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Sherie and Jeremy helped us with getting the gas for the range turned on (the propane delivery driver had shut it off). We were able to prepare all our meals with ease in the fully appointed kitchen with family friendly extras (high chair, booster, toddler cutlery, etc.)
The garage door opener must have a dead battery, so we couldn’t get in, there was a light on in there too. We were notified prior to our arrival the fireplace was not working. We didn’t need it and it may have just been because the propane had been shut off. There was some dust and spiderwebs about. The TV in the living room has vertical lines and some color distortion when you initially turn it on, we thought it was broken and took a photo, but when it warmed up the picture looked normal. Would have been nice to have a key or second key pad on the door that opened to the mud room/laundry room for entering after beach excursions.

Only issue was that the entrance to the rental was very dark, and with steps up to the deck and being unfamiliar with this home we had a treacherous time finding our way. Suggest a motion sensor light for safety and security.
No handsoap in the bathrooms--in our post-COVID world this is very troubling as handwashing is so important.
