Everything was perfect. Just one information was misleading - there was only one bathroom in the Apartment, though the information was given about two. The host was willing to help. Car parking is public, next to the building. Not always easy to park nearby.

Our impression for the accommodation is somewhat differentiated. In general, the apartment is very high quality and brand new. The apartment looks good and was also very clean.

What we did not like at all was the size of the apartment. Here in all booking steps via Booking.com completely different pictures were shown. Our apartment had in the end not much to do with the pictures on Booking.com and was significantly smaller. It was also missing promised equipment, but here the landlord has acted quickly and immediately bought the missing things new. In general, the whole property is still very new and many processes are just beginning. What has also disturbed us, were the multiple references of the landlord that he does not want parties in the apartment. We were there as a family and wanted to have a few relaxing days. A single hint would have been enough. The multiple mention of this topic we felt as encroaching.
