Asukoht oli mõnus, kesklinnast autoga mitte kaugel. Perenaine oli lahke, ootas meid uksel, juhatas parkimiskoha (väga korteri lähedal, täiesti turvaline, sisehoovis). Korter oli küll 4. korrusel, kuid täielikult renoveeritud, väga puhas, hubane. Ja mis oluline, kõik vajalikud asjad olid korteris olemas, isegi triikimislud, triikraud ja muu. Täielikult varustatud nüüdisaegse tehnikaga –pliit, praeahi, külmik, kohvimasin. Pererahva poolt kohvi olemas, külmikus ootas vesi ja mahl. Ühesõnaga - super koht perega ööbimiseks ja isegi kauem peatumiseks. Lastetuba eraldi, lastele mitmes suuruses voodid, mänguasjad ja kõik mis mõnusaks äraolemiseks vaja. Vannitoas isegi beebile vann ja muud vajalikud tarbed. Toidupood ka jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
Võib-olla neil, kel füüsiliselt liikumisega keeruline, tekib raskusi treppidest ronimisel (ikkagi 4. korrus). Muu kõik väga hästi.
