Charming, Cheerful, Exquisite 4 BR house, free wifi, free parking, free cancelation

location was good as it was central and close to essential amenities. The property was spacious and practical. Relatively new build. I liked the number of bathrooms. Made it easy to get ready in the morning as it was a big group of 10. Loved the fact that it had two kitchens so the smell of breakfast could be contained in the inner kitchen. A nice home away from home

We had specifically booked for 10 people but it turned out that the property was set up for 8 with a sofa bed in the lounge which is not practical for a group of that size. The mattress in the basement was a single mattress that did not look clean. We ended up buying an air bed from Walmart; not in the plan but needed. That was disappointing for us. Given that it is a relatively new property, the construction work nearby was a bit of a pain. The house itself is very nicely laid out however the fittings could be better quality. Standard of cleaning and cleaning equipment could be better. The house has a lot of potential that is being underplayed with the quality of fittings, limited range of glasses and crockery etc.

All bedrooms have own bathroom.

The property owner is communicative before arrival. Spacious, comfortable home. Lots of room for our family. Appreciated the ammenities within the home: dishes, ironing, laundry, etc. Driveway and residential parking available.

The property owner is not communicative during the stay. Home is not brand new, as advertised. Well-lived in. Not a problem, just not what was expected. Home was not thoroughly cleaned. The coffee maker wasn't working.
