About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious, serene home, set on a beautiful 1.6-acre lot in a quiet corner of South Surrey. It's an easy home away from home for a big family or a group of friends, with a huge backyard where everyone can spread out, soak up the sun, and gather for games.
Inside you'll find eight bedrooms and room for the whole group to relax, with several living areas and dining spaces to spread into, a full kitchen for cooking together, and comfortable bedrooms across the main and top floors. Out back, the real draw is the outdoors: a private hot tub, a covered deck for lounging and dining, a BBQ grill and a fire pit, all wrapped by lawn and mature trees.
There's plenty of parking on the gated driveway, air conditioning for warm days and central heat when it cools off. You're about 5 minutes from Morgan Creek Golf Course and an easy drive to White Rock's beach, pier and restaurants, with the shops and services of South Surrey close by.
There is a separate, private residence downstairs with its own entrance. Those residents have no access to the main house, and you won't need access to their suite.
Whether it's a family reunion, a golf weekend, or a relaxed group getaway, there's space here for everyone to be together and still find a quiet spot of their own. We'd be glad to host you.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The house is immaculate, and very welcoming. It honestly felt like a home away from home which is exactly what we needed. It easily accommodated our 10 person booking, with rooms to spare. Will forsure book again!

The property served as a comfortable space for a reunion of 7 seniors. The spaces suited us well. The place was clean but not immaculate, which also suited our group. The host was helpful and the whole process very easy.

Overall the property has been let go including the landscaping. An emergency plumbing problem was dealt with efficiently. Renters need to be made aware that there is a tenant living in the basement (we were never advised about this!)
