The environment, the hot spring
The first room we get, the toilet bowl was still dirty… as well as the pillow covers, after a long wait, we changed to another room but still hairs were everywhere on the floor… this is rare in Japan I have to say… and the location is too far, well, I understand there’s golf courses around, but the road is really not in a good condition…

"The hotel was very clean and the best Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed at. It felt like a much nicer brand than a Holiday Inn, honestly. And the breakfast was amazing."
