Very close to the gorge. Mountain setting.

This is a glorious, peaceful hideaway, right by the stunning Soča river. You will sleep well from the peace and quiet and fresh air. There are mountain views every direction you look and a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the stunning clear river (very cold!). It's a 20 minute drive to Bovec and to lots of activities like rafting, kayaking, horse riding etc
Some of it is looking a little shabby. The brochure indicates a tennis court, but it is full of solar panels now. The horse arena is overgrown and it's not possible to ride the horses at the moment. Generally the staff were super helpful and friendly, apart from our last morning where the waiter at the restaurant was clearly very stressed and a bit stroppy.

This might be the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The staff was so kind, the animals are wonderful, the sauna, the view, the pool, steps from trailheads and swimming.

Location is perfect and that’s what attracted us to it. Little farm was also a big hit with our son
The place is pretty ran down. Everything is very basic and is definitely not 4 stars. Probably 3 stars at a stretch.
Restaurant was abysmal, absolutely shockingly bad.
