The location is great. The place is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff is helpful and have nice local recommendations.

The sofa should be cleaned. The bathroom is quite small. They recommended us a parking garage because they were supposed to have a per-day rate (rather than per hour), but the garage said that didn’t exist and we ended up paying almost €100 euros for the 3 days.

The kitchen was spacious as was the apartment. The location was great, and location was fairly easy to find. The tv was easy to use and connected to apps easily. WiFi was good and fast.

The bed is NOT a queen as advertised which made sleep very difficult, it is a double that is about 140-145cm not the standard 160cm for a queen. My husband and I alternated sleeping on the pull out couch that was uncomfortable and hard to sleep with all the lights in the kitchen and sounds coming from the building. We had notified our host that we are traveling with medication that needs proper refrigeration but upon arrival we find the door to the fridge open and that it doesn’t stay closed on its own. Then we come to find the shower door is also broken and although he did come about a day and a half later to try to fix the issues it was upsetting and a guest to find some many issues immediately. The kitchenware is very worn down and needs replacing. There are lots of cupboards but not a lot of kitchen amenities like basic oil and pepper. The cleanliness was superficial and poor, the thick large area rug clearly hasn’t maybe EVER been cleaned which was very gross. It made us even more uncomfortable because it then made the whole place feel unclean. We attempted to talk with the host about the bed misrepresentation and uncleanliness but he did not address those issues. This stay was definitely not worth it and it’s unfortunate as it has a lot of promise if a bit more investment was made to make it a proper stay.
