The View from the Villa is simply amazing.. the host is very good and helpfull and lives nearby. The market is walking distance...but a self drive vehicle is very important in this location as limited options for taxi ( very expensive ) and buses to this village

Just got home after a 4 night stay. We had the most amazing break away.
We were met in the square in Termini by Valerio’s nephew who explained about the shops and local area. We then followed him to the villa which is a 2 minute drive away.
My first thought, was how beautiful the view from the villa was. Absolutely dreamy! The garden, terrace and pool were stunning. The pool was small but perfect!
The villa itself was spacious and everything well kept and beautifully presented.
Valerio was always quick to respond when we had any questions. The chilled bottle of Prosecco on arrival went down a treat too 🥂 such a lovely thought.
We split our time between villa days and beach days. We decided to stay local wit beaches so we went to both Mitigliano Beach and Captain Cook beach (both about a 15 minute drive away). Both beaches were absolutely stunning 😊.
On our last day we had a late flight so we decided to check out and visit Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii on our way back to Naples airport.
Only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough!

The house is amazing with really Nice outside areas and a gorgeous view. We enjoyed all of our meals either on the amazing terrace or just outside the door with a view iver the garden and pool. We really enjoyed the enviroment and the host was really Nice and helpful and Easy to contact. Would definitly recommend a stay here!
It wasn’t a problem, but you should know that a car is a must. The village is a little outside the city, and the bus traffic is not very frequent.

Valerio was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Met us on arrival in the village to take us to the property and explained everything we needed to know, including coming back the next day with additional information about the local area, sightseeing and local transport and checking that we were comfortable and happy with the villa. He also made a booking with the local restaurant for us and recommended a pizzaria nearby for a different evening. Both these restaurants were very good, with tasty food, good service and reasonably priced.
The property is delightful with the most stunning views of Capri, Ischia, Procida, Naples and the bay. There are plenty of spreading out facilities with indoor sofa area and both ground level and upper terraces. The pool is not big, but sufficient for a cooling dip and swim around and was kept clean throughout our stay.
The decor is in a beautiful Italian style with warm colours, a variety of tiles and wooden beams and the 2 double rooms have direct access onto the front terrace overlooking the sea.
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting Valerio and his nephew and are already planning to come back to explore the local area further.
