About this house rental
The accommodation is immersed in nature and boasts a breathtaking view of the renowned islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, as well as Vesuvius and Mount San Costanzo. The name of the vacation home "Two Hearts" was chosen in memory of my parents, Michele and Pasqua, who lived there for 54 years of marriage, welcoming you warmly friends and family, as will be welcomed by guests who will prefer it for a relaxing stay.
The space
The property can be reached by a private avenue (about 150 meters) that leads to the comfortable parking space, reserved and free of charge. The accommodation, accessible by climbing a flight of stairs, has an equipped kitchen and dining room, large hallway, bathroom, closet, two bedrooms with a large and panoramic double bed, which have access to a balcony, set up with two tables with chairs. The "Giardinetto di Michele e Pasqua", on the ground floor, is the ideal corner to immerse yourself in the green of nature, among lemon trees and apricots, without sacrificing the comfort of the equipment provided (sun loungers, table with chairs, umbrella, barbecue).

Guests can access the parking space indicated at check-in, and the accommodation. No space is shared with other guests.

The holiday home "The two hearts" was born in the name of hospitality and sharing. However, depending on the shape of the accommodation, we do not consider it ideal for children or people with reduced mobility.

Property was as expected. Clean and ready for us. Read the other reviews on the “hill” for access and parking. The view is spectacular. Sonja who was our contact and was great! As we checked out she helped us out contacting a ferry company in Italian which was a real blessing. The area has other apartments but it was quiet. As is common, there were a few feral cats and dogs around but all were friendly. Felt sorry for them actually. We would stay there again.

This property has an amazing view for sure! The hosts were so friendly and nice. They provided a welcome basket with food and water. The lighting could be improved with some lamps. The place was adequate but could use some modern updates. The drive up was also extremely narrow (we scratched the car) and steep.

During our two-week visit to Italy from the U.S., we stayed at various VRBOs and hotels, but none compared to the breathtaking view of Capri Island and the surrounding valleys from this secluded property. The vista here was unmatched by any other place we stayed.
Giulia, the owner, and Sonja, the property manager, were exceptionally kind and communicative. Sonja was always available to offer advice on local dining spots and businesses, enhancing our overall experience.
The apartment itself is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully appointed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas.
The building is situated at the end of a long drive up a steep, narrow path. Navigating the turns is best suited for a car about the size of a Fiat Panda.
Overall, this secluded and quiet stay was a highlight of our trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience.
