Main Beach River Retreat - Wasaga Beach 1 - Main Strip - 93 Mosley St

The location was very convenient to everything. The cottage was stocked with all that we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable.

Water pressure in shower definitely could be better. Sleeping so many people, getting ready all at once wasn’t easy so maybe could consider mirrors in bedrooms. Would help while bathroom is occupied.

Fantastic location next to the Nottawasaga river, the main Wasaga beach, the beach strip (sadly construction is happening now so not much of a bustling beach vibe at the moment in the area), and a great little free museum about the War of 1812 & the HMS Nancy, is also right next door. Worth mentioning that even though this house is on the main beach strip, the windows must be great as you couldn’t hear any traffic. Also loved that there are lots of bedrooms/beds in the house and our family of 5 had more than enough space. The owners were also very responsive and helped us quickly when the electronic door lock wasn’t working one night and we couldn’t get into the home after a long day at the beach.

The oven and the bbq machine (natural gas powered) aren’t very strong so it can take a while to do any bbq-ing and cooking. But as long as you are ready for that, it’s fine.

Emplacement incroyable, tout ce qu’on a besoin est là. Les lits sont extrêmement confortable. Même si nous sommes en plein cœur des activités de Wasaga, le chalet est très bien insonorisé puisque nous entendons rien de l’intérieur. A 2 pas de la plage, si vous oubliez quelque chose vous pouvez y retourner sans devoir marcher une longue distance. Walmart à moins de 5 minutes, crème glace à 2 minutes à pieds et resto. Stationnement gratuit et grand pour au moins 3 voitures. L’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. Nous allons y retournert l’Anne prochaines. Propriétaire suoer sympathique et très réactif !
