Wasaga Beach 1 - Walk to Main Beach - Riverfront - Sleeps 10 - 95 Mosley St

We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor area, fire pit, and beautiful view were our favourite parts, and we used them every day. The gorgeous beach is right across the street, and there are plenty of great places to eat just 5–10 minutes away. The house has two large bedrooms and two slightly smaller ones, making it comfortable for a group. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a lovely place in a great location!

One thing we didn’t particularly like was the lack of privacy in the backyard. We expected the property to be more private, but there is no fence or clear separation from the surrounding area. At one point, someone unexpectedly walked through the backyard while we were relaxing in the living room by the large panoramic windows, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Adding some privacy screening or fencing would make the outdoor space much more enjoyable. We also had issues with streaming in the living room. Netflix wasn’t working at all, and YouTube was extremely slow. Since we mainly use these services in the evenings to relax, it wasn’t a big deal.

The location, the riverfront backyard and living room were fantastic! Our hosts were very helpful and kind. The place was clean and the view from inside and outside was beautiful.

Ideal location. Walking distance to shopping and necessities, even with the reconstruction at the beach and much of it tore town, there was plenty to do. Beach across the street, and riverside back yard with a fire pit was fantastic. Water sport rentals were just next door. Hosts were great! Excellent communication !
