Plenty of Room and good facilities .
House was cold on arrival , resolved quickly with available heating instructions Parking seems to be a point of contention with the neighbour however there is plenty of parking available near by some on a paid basis some free .Noise , we weren't a noisy group but the number of notices related to this made us a little anxious .

Location by the river was superb and just a walk across the bridge to the town. Games room a big plus for the younger members
Drive was extremely steep for the older generation and only 2 very tight parking spaces. A key for the exit to the river would be nice too

The location
Smallest double room plugs didn't work so couldn't charge phone and the shower room next door was disappointing. Also couldn't open the gate connect the garden to the river

Nce and clean, good location
House Rules should have been explained early, put a dampener on about funny neighbours, room for 10, but the living room only sits 5. Should consider twin beds in some bedrooms
