The place is good location where you can found everything.
The place very clean and you will have everything in the apartment to feel like you are at home . The host is very friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent, in the heart of Madrid. In a very lively and vibrant area. Local transport was excellent and easy to walk to many points of interest. Property was small but very comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Air conditioning worked perfectly and had all the facilities one needs. Would definitely use again.

Estas a dos pasos de gran vía, casi a todos los lugares turísticos puedes llegar andando, es pequeño pero muy acogedor, para dos personas o una es perfecto, la cama muy cómoda y el sofá igual. Todo estaba impecable y limpio cuando llegamos al igual que había de cortesía unos biscuits, Javier ha sido una persona super amable y atenta a cualquier duda que teniamos, un anfitrión de 10.
Quizás la única pega que no hay ascensor y si llevas mucho equipaje subir es un poco incomodo y también que la cama esta en la zona de arriba si no eres agil o vas con cuidado se te puede complicar acceder con las escaleras de madera.

La ubicación.
Se encuentra justo encima de dos pubs, hubo gente hablando y gritando durante toda la noche en la calle, se escuchaba todo dentro de la habitación. Estaba muy mal aislado acústicamente, en la habitación contigua a la nuestra habitación había una chica tosiendo toda la santa noche. Se escuchaba todo. Eso si si vas de fiesta con amigos, sitio perfecto.
