A stylish apartment in a central location. Now new, but really pleasant. Very clean. Has some cool books! The self check-in process was smooth. The host, Javi, was friendly and proactive. Overall, I loved my stay! The price/value is good, at least when you are booking just a few days before your arrival to Madrid—I had not seen better options. I recommend it for short stays.
Noisy street. The apartment is right above a bar that stays loud and vibrant till morning. People are not shouting or singing though, just talk. I actually enjoyed it as it adds to the atmosphere. But it might be a trouble for you if you are a light sleeper.
