We were not told the full address of the property and where the key box was. It was lucky that the side gate was open as we did not lnow the access code for the gate. It would have helped if there was a label on the mail box telling people that this mail box belonged to sunny beach apartment. Also the people above were very noisy with a lot of banging till the early hours of the morning which hindered our sleep. We really enjoyed staying there as it was very central for us, it was very clean and comfortable but there was no kettle to boil water and would benefit from some condiments ie salt and pepper
