All the facitilies.
The pillows were smelling.
No instructions on how to use the washing machine.
I don't live in Korea so did not know how to seperate the rubbish only found the baghs later on.

The property, accessible by bus no. 6777, is located in a pure residential area and it is professionally managed. All facilities and amenities are in excellent condition. The area is tranquil yet one can find various convenience stores, small restaurants, coffee shop etc. there. Central Park, G Tower etc are within walking distance while buses are also available. At night, it is very quiet but not dead. Thanks for the blackout curtains - we often slept till 0930 hrs which we never did at home.
Nothing but the provision of bigger trash bags and extra pillows would make our stay perfect.

The room was clean, pleasant and comfortable. Very quiet neighbourhood but not scary. There's 7eleven and CU opposite the building, making it convenient to grab late night snacks. Bed was on the harder side (which I personally like). Check in was pretty seamless!

We liked that you could simply register your car and then you can use the parking lot in the basement for free. Also, the check-in and check-out process are simple and convenient and it' only a 30-minute drive to the airport.
When we arrived the room was filled with a super strong smell of an air-freshener which we got only rid off after 4 hours of leaving the window open. Furthermore, the apartment showed several signs of superficial cleaning, like dirt on the washing maschine, dirty spots on doors and walls, hairs in the bathroom (which also started us off with a smell of mold during the first shower).
