Great location, washing machine in room was very convenient. Contacting staff was easy online when needed amenities.

Smoke smell in hall and rooms, too strong air freshener in room and hallways covering smoke smell.

I didn't eat the breakfast there. The location was quiet, clean and safe, but it was far away from Seoul which took approx TWO hour to travel via bus/train, which was a huge inconvenience.

BAD - washer/'dryer' is not a heat dryer but decondenses. Clothes need to be hung on drying rack - bed mattress SUPER hard - shower stall was small - balcony outdated - table and two chairs outdated - no room service. Should have at least ONCE every week. - no-flush toilet paper policy - hotel located in safe, quiet neighborhood, but secluded. Far away from grocery store, etc. GOOD - fridge excellent. Very modern. - no door card key, just a password. Very modern. - automatic entry light, very convenient - room very clean, fresh scent

Это не отель, не убирались , нет средств для уборки (швабра ведро) ,не меняли белье - можно стирать но нет где его вешать. Когда поверили на балконе , начали ругаться, сказали уберите с балкона. Мусор не выбрасывали , куда выбрасывать не объясняли , пакеты не давали .
