Elegant Hotel

Clean and comfortable stay, not too close from centre but yandex ride is quite cheap so it works out okay.

It would be good if there was water available instead of having to pay.

Room is very clean and Comfortable

Very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast and beautiful comfortable room for unbeatable price! It’s a bit far from city centre, but you can easily take cheap Yandex or have 15 minutes walk to metro station.

There is a nice café/restaurant nearby called Safia Cafe Bakery, which is convenient and easy to visit. Taxis arrive quickly, usually within 5–10 minutes, and reaching the city center takes around 15–20 minutes by taxi. The hot water worked well, the sheets were clean, and the breakfast was tasty

think the hotel is trying its best to accommodate guests. The first room I stayed in was Room 7. It was very clean and spacious, but it faced the road directly, and people were smoking near the window at night. Even though the receptionist kindly warned them, the noise from the cars and the smoke made it difficult for me to keep the window open. The next day, another receptionist offered to change my room. However, the rooms he first showed me were facing the courtyard and did not seem better than the one I already had, so I told him I preferred to stay in my current room. Then he said he could give me a room on the second floor instead. Since he told me that, I accepted, packed my luggage, and left Room 7 expecting my bags would later be moved upstairs. When I returned to the hotel around 9 PM after spending the day in the city, I found out that instead of the second-floor room he had promised, they had moved me to another courtyard-facing room that was actually worse than my original one. When I reminded him that he had said he would give me a room on the second floor, he replied that he had only said “maybe.” I do not think this was fair or professional, because I packed and left my room based on what he had told me. Later, they gave me Room 12, but unfortunately there was a very strong sewage/drain smell coming from the bathroom. The odor was so bad that I had to sleep covering my mouth with my T-shirt.
