About this villa rental
This beautiful beach front villa is located in the pretty coastal resort of Medici along the Split Riviera. With its retro style interior opening out onto a sea front garden and terraces, the villa would suit a family or friends looking for a relaxing break in a quiet village within easy reach of the historic towns of Split and Makarska.
The villa is approached from the rear where parking is located. Guests enter into a hallway followed by the mezzanine ground floor. The upper part features the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate guest toilet and a door to the garage. The lower part accommodates a dining room, lounge and sliding doors opening onto a spacious terrace and garden overlooking the sea. A double bedroom, a family bathroom and a second double bedroom with additional single bed are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms feature a terrace with sea view. Access to the sea is possible via a side gate to the rear of the villa and four flights of steps down to the beach.
Car hire is recommended while staying at this villa. Areas of interest nearby include the River Cetina near Omis which offers white water rafting, canoeing and canyoning, Biokovo Nature Park as well as the ancient city of Split. Day trips to Brac island and Mostar are also possible from this area.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Medici! The peaceful garden, shaded by tall pine trees and offering stunning views of the sea, quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The terrace table was perfect for outdoor dining—every meal felt extra special with that serene backdrop.The location is unbeatable: just a one-minute walk to a beautiful beach where we spent hours swimming and snorkeling. The water was crystal clear and we saw giant schools of fish right near the shore.Inside, the house was spotless and spacious. The large living area was ideal for enjoying family time, and the air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The renovated kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances and everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. We really appreciated the thought and care that went into the design of the home.We were also grateful for the warm welcome from the owners (family Maibaum) and property managers (Sandi and Ana). They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.This home is a perfect seaside retreat. Peaceful, comfortable, and close to nature—it truly has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Highly recommended!

A very, very nice place. A short walk of two minutes will bring you down to the beach, a public staircase of maybe 50 steps. The beach is shared with the new hotel "Medistone".
Terrace and garden allow a truly amazing view that is actually even better than the pictures can bring across.

It was a very lovely stay in a house with a great view and very comfortable interior. The beach is very close for the access and there are a couple of nice places nearby with a good food and bar. We really enjoyed our stay and I can highly recommend this place.

Das erste Mal, dass die Realität die Bilder übertraf. Die Kommunikation verlief im Vorfeld sowie während des Urlaubes sehr herzlich und hilfreich. Das gesamte Anwesen bestach durch sein mediteranes Flair, seinen einzigartigen Ausblick, der Strandnähe und Komfort. Vollklimatisiert, mit schönem Garten und sogar einer Garage erlebten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Selbst unsere 13jährige Tochter hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!
