We were met by the third party host. The property has good amenities (shower, washing machine, kitchen). Nice view.
At the time of booking, it was not clear that a) I had to pay for linen and cleaning upon arrival (another 60+EUR on top of the price quoted) and b) there was an additional requirement of access to 900EUR security for the accommodation!! Again, not clear until after booking and monies were taken. I would have chosen a different accommodation if I had known! What made this even more offensive was the fact that the apartment was not as clean as I would have expected, given the extra fees I was made to pay and the scrutiny I was held to via the security deposit. We were told to make a full inventory, as you would for a residential rental, otherwise risk losing our security fee if something was 'missing' that we hadn't accounted for! The apartment floor needed vacuuming again - which didn't surprise me when I saw the state of the vacuum cleaner. Filthy and broken!! There was a dead cockroach in the toaster as well as who knows how many guests' crumbs. The sliding glass door lock was also broken, which we were not advised of! So unless you put the block out shutters down, the room was not secure! Given the costs of the accommodation, extra fees for cleaning and the sneaky imposition of the laborious process to inventory and provide access to 900EUR if they deemed it valid, I would not recommend this accommodation or management company. Seems like a total scam in retrospect!

Een mooi flatje en keuken met alle moderne voorzieningen. Een grote badkamer en apart toilet. Veel opbergruimte en een grote TV. Een ruim terras met loungezetels.
Het flatje is - ondanks dat er geen airco is - redelijk koel te houden en je hebt er geen last van burengerucht of verkeerslawaai.
*Parkeren in de garagebox lukte niet met krassen op auto als gevolg dus langs de -heel drukke- openbare weg moeten parkeren.
* Er is eigenlijk geen ingang tot de flats vanop straat. Je moet ofwel langs een steil, smal, moeilijk begaanbaar pad omhoog en dan via 2 elektronisch gesloten deuren of door de garage naar level 1 voor de lift.
* Vluchtweg bij brand is niet aangeduid.
* Op het terras hoor je de hele dag door het geraas van auto´s.

Es un apartamento que en nuestro caso no incluye desayuno, el apartamento es muy acogedor, limpio, espacioso con un balcón muy agradable y vista a la montaña y lago parcial. Un poco complicado el estacionamiento y acceso al edificio pero ya al segundo día te ubicas fácilmente. Lo repetiría 100%, nos encanto.
Punto a favor, estacionamiento (seguro y bajo techo).
El Stress para recibir el Apto
Hicimos un viaje muy largo para llegar a Annecy, 10horas + 1:30 horas de avión y luego 45 min en auto desde Ginebra.
Desde que salimos de nuestro país, viajamos con este stress hasta que llegamos a Amsterdam (Schipol) donde conseguimos WiFi y recibimos un mensaje del Anfitrión que muy amablemente nos explico como recoger las llaves y acceder al apto, por fotos y escrito fue muy especifico lo cual fue de gran ayuda. El resto de los dias siempre fue muy atento a nuestras preguntas via WhatsAPP , muchas gracias CERDIC.
No entiendo si cobran una tarifa por limpieza, porque debemos organizar toallas, botar las bolsas de basura etc.
