Lovely property in the perfect location
The floor in the first floor bathroom may need checking near the toilet area as it seemed soft

Really clean, comfy beds and great location!
Matthew was also super helpful when one of the showers wasn't draining properly - arranged someone to fix within a couple of hrs. Brilliant!
Was perfect for what we needed (2 families away for a wedding). Would very much recommend!

Great location. Nice to walk into Skipton. Good base for attending a wedding at the Tithe Barn at Bolton Abbey. Plenty of mirrors for getting ready for a wedding too, including two full length ones, as well as places to hang suits and outfits on back of doors / rails.
Comfortable beds and large soft towels. Easy to find free on street parking nearby. Short walk to Tesco for supplies.
Tired and dated kitchen, living spaces and bathrooms. Bedrooms felt fresher in comparison, although all our clothes smelt damp from being in the property for just two nights. Travel cot provided left our bedding from home smelling fusty.
Front bedroom on first floor doesn’t have blackout curtains or blinds so light was an issue. Also noise from the road in this room.
Limited utensils and crockery in the kitchen.
Harsh lighting in living room- could do with a lamp or warm bulbs in alcoves.
Bathroom floor on first floor felt very soft in areas, loose toilet seat and dirty bath on arrival. Electric showers weren’t the best. Black mouldy silicone and grout in bathroom shower cubicle.
Top floor rooms were boiling hot whilst downstairs was freezing cold.
The “parking space” suggested at the back of the property isn’t suitable for larger vehicles or SUVs. Even our 3 door Mini convertible struggled to park in it - better to park elsewhere once you’ve unloaded your stuff.
Overall you wouldn’t want to spend much time in the property itself but fine to sleep in as beds were comfortable.
