The floor in the first floor bathroom may need checking near the toilet area as it seemed soft

Really clean, comfy beds and great location!
Matthew was also super helpful when one of the showers wasn't draining properly - arranged someone to fix within a couple of hrs. Brilliant!
Was perfect for what we needed (2 families away for a wedding). Would very much recommend!

We had such a lovely time away as a family of adults!
Great communication from the lovely hosts.
Such nice rooms and beds, very comfy!
Lovely set up with suggestions of what to get up to.
So excellently located within less than 10 minute walking distance from the station and just round the corner from 2 big supermarkets.
Well explained the parking.
All over an excellent stay and would love to come back!
(We went to Bolton Abbey and Embsay Steam Railway and also Hesketh Family Farm, would 100% recommend both those places!)
The basement table football was a fun idea but the basement was a bit smelly and the table football was pretty broken, but it really didn't affect our stay!
