I would highly recommend the Yoke B&B, John the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The B&B is a 3 bedroom cottage on the side of their house, it has a huge kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are also lovely. Please don’t be put off by the shared bathroom, it’s shared between the 3 rooms and is immaculate as is the whole of the B&B. There wasn’t breakfast included but John had left out tea, coffee, croissants and porridge pots which he told us to help ourselves too. We will definitely stay here again.

Easy access to Kildare and Newbridge for work purposes. Lovely pub virtually next door. Fridge in room. Breakfast of croissants and coffee in the room.

A hidden gem. Spotlessly clean, comfortable. A local traditional bar nearby. Lovely location. 20 mins from athy.

It’s very clean apart from the shower screen in bathroom Mattress and bedding were fine , there is tons of storage in the room but it’s overkill for a B&B where you are spending a night or two and it makes the room feel really small Host was really lovely when we arrived but we never saw him again including when we checked out the next morning
Reviews are so positive we were expecting it to be fabulous and it was just good/average, we were expecting an en-suite and it’s a shared bathroom, possibly my error when booking but it’s not clear on the details We booked a double room but it was a queen bed so really small for the two of us You need to drive 5 miles at least to get dinner and breakfast
